TRUST
Our level or degree of Godly Trust is proven by our willingness to Walk by faith. If I were to close my eyes and follow you, I might be inclined to open my eyes and peek from time to time. I would do that because I'm not fully trusting in you.
As you learn to trust fully in the Lord, day-by-day you are led by the Holy Spirit. For you are to walk by faith and not by sight. Where he leads, you follow; when He moves, you move; when He is silent, you are silent; He calibrates your pace and He dictates your direction.
Don't stress yourself about your enemies, but look to God and His Word which says "Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you" -- Matthew 5:44
Don't concern yourself with your limited understanding of things, but look to God and His Word that say "Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths". - Proverbs 3:5-6
Don't concern yourself with questions about your giving, but look to God and His Word "Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom". - Luke 6:38
Don't concern yourself about which direction to walk in, but look to God and His Word that says "Lead me, O LORD, in thy righteousness because of mine enemies; make thy way straight before my face." - Psalms 5:8 . - Psalm 37:5
At this point Walking by Faith starts feeling quite comfortable. You'll begin to say things like I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. - Psalm 91:2
You will no longer hear what the gossips are saying about you, because you look to God and His Word that says "Cause me to hear thy loving kindness in the morning; for in thee do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto thee". - Psalm 143:8
When you take "a blind walk of Faith" with the Lord, you will be so entirely focused on Him that you won't see the enemy, you won't stress over finances, you won't stumble on life's bumpy road, nor will you have anxiety over the graying hair upon your head. Your life will cease to be problematic. You will see JESUS and He will give you Peace in exchange for Problems.
He tells me to Love my enemies, so I Love them. He tells me to give, so I give. He tells me when and where to walk, and He tells me when to position myself to Stand. He has charged His angels to watch over me, so that I don't stumble. It's that uncomplicated. He leads, I follow -- Just Like That!
That's it! You and I are the seed of Abraham. Don't weaver in unbelief concerning the promises of God. Walk in this way, trusting fully in God, and according to His Word, and He will lead you. He said if I Trust Him, HE will be my guide. He will be a fortress of strength, love and protection for you. This is not a Word I heard, it has become a Truth that I know. JESUS is my BUCKLER, my life is EVIDENCE and I am TRUSTING fully in Him.
